* Banana 121 calories
* Oatmeal 150 calories
* 10 grape tomatoes 50 calories
* organic rice 180 calories
* spinach, figs, lettuce, boiled egg (white), and mini tomatoes
* broccoli with 5 pieces of boiled pork (flat - size of an mini eraser)
* 5 raw almonds
